Eligibility for Returns
a. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must have been purchased from our store or official website.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
a. We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Products that have been tampered with.
- Products that are on sale or marked as non-returnable.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
a. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a return request form.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the package back to our designated return address
a. Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
Return Shipping Costs
a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

- The cost to ship with drop is 750 ISK.
a. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products
a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
